Today I will be showing you guys how to make vegan pasta at home without any stress, so let's get into the details and see what I was talking about.

Ingredients are:

500g of pasta

5g of ginger and garlic powder

1 small piece of onion

5 pieces of green pea

5g of green beans

5 pieces of carrots

A full teaspoon of salt

4 pieces of spring onion

250ml of groundnut oil

200g of pepper (tomato and red pepper)

Procedure

I poured water into a clean pot, allowed it to get hot, then poured the pasta into the hot water, added half a teaspoon of salt to taste, and then allowed it to parboil.

After that, I sieve the pasta from the hot water and then set it aside.

*The next thing I did was rinse all the veggies, and I started cutting the veggies into pieces.

Now it's time to bring everything together.

I put a dry pot on the burner, then poured the groundnut oil and allowed it to get hot a little bit.

The next thing I did was pour the green beans into the hot oil, followed by the green peas, and then I stirred for one second.

After that, I added the sliced carrots and onions and stirred again.

I added the ginger and garlic powder to taste, then I poured the sliced pepper and tomato into the pot as well and made use of a spoon to stir it so the ginger and garlic powder could influence the sauce. Then I did was add the remaining half a teaspoon of salt into the sauce.

Lastly, I added the spring onion and stirred it, then left it for two seconds to cook.

Now I poured the parboiled pasta into the sauce and then stirred it until the sauce influenced the pasta, and then I covered it to steam for two minutes before serving it.

Now my homemade vegan pasta is ready; I hope you like it.
