Walking in the evening, preparing fried dumplings

Dear Friends,

Yesterday evening, I walked in the park for about one mile distance. It was two rounds walking around the lake in the park. The weather was fine with no rain at all but peple, who came there for walking exercises, brought their own umbrella.

And when I arrived home, I prepared friend dumplings. First, I minced some of the meat I just bought from the supermarket and mixed with the chives. Then, I stuffed them in dumpling leaves. After, I have prepared all the dumplings, I fried them with some oil first before I added some liquid of dough and starch. Because I used raw meat, I make sure the dumplings were steamed with by covering the bowl with a lid. I made sure the meat inside was well cooked by adding more liquid before it dried up. And when I got a well-cooked smell from the dumplings, I let them dry by removing the lid. I am afraid I a little overfried them. I removed some of the over-fried and I found them delicious and well cooked.

And in yesterday afternoon, I went to the meditation center to replace the broken glass and helped in some other activities there. Because the new meditation session is starting tomorrow and we had to make sure that things were working well.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.

Unfortunately, I forgot to open the actifit app yesterday and didn't receive activities count from it.
