*Often, the little "buttons" we are too afraid to push make up our biggest challenges—they are not tall mountains or insurmountable hurdles.*
*The phobia of buttons reflects the dread of performing basic tasks: initiating something, speaking up, attempting something new, or making a decision that could radically alter everything.*
*It is odd how little items might hold us back, not because they are potent but rather because our brains have magnified them.*
*Every button is a selection. A one fresh chance. One next step. And avoiding them keeps us trapped in the same location, repeating the same delay over and over.*
**But in little incidents comes boldness.** *Breaking the cycle comes from pushing one button—send that message, apply for that job, enroll in that course, launch that idea. You show yourself that you are not under fear's power.*
*Buttons to press will always abound; some may feel frightening. On the opposite side of those little actions, however, are major discoveries.*
*Do not be afraid of the little things. Often, they are your gateway to the life you've been yearning for.**
