Hello everyone, Welcome to my blog

Home remedies are natural treatments that can help alleviate various health issues without relying on synthetic medications. Home remedies and other nontraditional approaches may not typically be regarded as mainstream, natural plant-based therapies have long been dominant in many countries and enjoyed heavily in time past. Home remedies happen to be the fastest and the cheapest cure to sickness especially for fever and cough which are common, they are easy to get, and i believe natural it is safer, and I feel comfortable using them. Though we have different remedies for different sicknesses.

In the olden day people had to treat their illness with whatever they had around them. Nature or natural herbs was their medicine cabinet. And
different cultures or societies have different homes remedies for different sicknesses, as well as mine, there are different remedies for fever, cough and catarrh etc here. For instance for fever we get some leaves like the quaver leaves, Lipton, elephant grass, lemon, ginger cook it together then put it in a bucket, get a thick blanket cover ourselves and inhale it, that will be the end of it, then we take bitter kola for cough although there are other remedies but this is what we use mostly.

There are other remedies such as ginger, garlic, honey, lemon, tumeric etc, which serves as home remedy for common sickness, as it works faster because they are natural. For instance adding fresh lemon juice to hot tea with honey may reduce phlegm when you’re sick, or drinking hot or cold lemonades. Honey is a home remedy especially for coughs because it soothes the throat and reduces coughing.

Ginger has been used long before now to reduce and treat variety illnesses and it is a well-established anti- nausea agent, which eases digestion and alleviates vomiting, its antioxidant, which reduces muscle pain and manages nausea, it also eases a sore throat.

Garlic helps to boost immunity and fights infection, it has also been touted for having a positive impact on cardiovascular disease, and it's considered safe to take in the amounts typically found in foods, which I always do.

Drugs are good for health because it helps us to regain our strength and stay healthy, but oftentimes I always prefer the home remedy because it works faster for me.

In all we ought to consult a healthcare professional before using home remedies, especially if we have underlying health conditions to prevent a complicated situation. Though people gravitate toward home remedies because they believe it’s better than taking a pill.
