A Better Version Of Myself; My Genuine Key To Happiness

People have different things that excite them, some are the slightest things that do not really matter.
One of the exciting factor of my life is that I am better than what I was yesterday, although today i might be a bit worse because I see things that upsets me and tend to react out of anger, but daily I get to learn to put myself in check, although I have not yet gotten there but I'm working towards seeing thay best version of me. I'm so excited about my journey so far towards achieving that.
I have so many things that excites me, some leave lasting memories of the event while others are excitement for the moment. it's also the fuel that propels me into action. One secret about excitement is the fact that oftentimes lead to an increased effort, energy, also the willingness to make sacrifices to achieve what matters most and also keep us happy.
b) Teaching and playing with children: Teaching is fun, and it brings excitement, I believe that doing what we love is a kind of refreshing and exciting moments that is always my experience in teaching. Although it comes with stress, the excitement of teaching and playing with the children helps to eradicate the stress, I only get to feel the stress when they have gone home. Another exciting thing about teaching them is the confidence, trust, sincerity and their level of innocence in asking questions believing that the teacher has answer to all their questions and also their level of openness and transparency.
c) Singing: Singing is also brings excitement, I might not have the best voice 🫣 but I love singing, singing gives you some sort of release. Singing brings relief and it's associated with stress reduction. To me singing comes with an overwhelming wave of emotion that always leaves a smile on my face. It's a motivating factor that tends to promote a good mood. That is why I associate myself with groups that help to boost this skills.
d) Cooking: Cooking demands creativity, so cooking creates endless opportunities to express my creativity especially where I get to try new recipes. I find it flowing endlessly. I Love cooking, and I'm always so happy whenever I try new recipes, Not only does the process of cooking improve my moods, the feeling of satisfaction gained when seeing the end product naturally enhances happiness. The satisfaction that I have created something tangible that can be enjoyed and shared, giving myself a well-deserved sense of achievement.
e) Spending time with my family: Spending time with my family and friends is another happy moment and it's one thing that cannot be replaced. The fundamental benefits of spending time with my family is the emotional support they provide. They offer a safe and non-judgmental space to share my thoughts, concerns, and joys. This emotional connection helps me reduce stress, improves my mood, and fosters a sense of belonging. The love and understanding i received from my family members significantly boosted my well-being. Having this strong and healthy family ties helps with difficulties and challenges that brings loneliness specially anxiety and fulfil emotional needs.
*In conclusion, I would say that Happiness is a choice. Doing the thing that makes us happy should only compliment our happy nature. Although those things really matter, when those things are no longer there,? So our happiness shouldn't be solely based on material things because it would fade away, rain and storm might sweep it away. But let our happiness flow inwardly where nothing can temper nor steal it.
The secret sauce for staying healthy is living happy lies within our reach, so in all happiness is our responsibility.*
