The fear falling short of expectations from parents, teachers and even themselves can cause anxiety and diminish mental well-being. Negative peer pressure is often related to influencing behaviours like bullying, drinking alcohol and other negative behaviours which could lead to decrease in self-confidence, self worth and distancing family members and friends. Positive peer influence can serve as an important incentive for adolescents to perform well in school.

Social Media can expose students to cyber bullying, harassment,or negative comments. Such Online abuse severaly impact self-esteem,at times leading to anxiety and depression. On the other hand integrating technology into education provide students with an engaging learning experience, allowing them to remain more interested in the subject. Recent research has shown that studying while distracted too by technology has negative effects on academic performance.

Having fun while studying means taking breaks from time to time.This allows you to focus better and remember things better.A wise man stated that "All work and no play makes jack a dull boy". Students should develop a schedule that allocates both study and play.When students make study as a fun,it can improve productivity, boost resilience and elevate creativity.
