Carefree
I feel like every once in a while, there should be a day set aside where people could individually just choose to live carefree for just that day and not have to worry about anything else in their life.
I had seen a video a couple of weeks ago where a guy had said “that the ability to enjoy life depends on our ability to simplify every aspect of our lives, down to its smallest form,” and for some reason that made a lot of sense to me.
It made me realize that if only we could try to ignore or shut out everything else in our lives for just an hour, six hours, or even a day and just decide to have fun, those six hours could end up being the best six hours of our lives that we've had in a long time.
And I tested that theory yesterday. I had shut everything and everyone out. It wasn't easy to do, but I did it. I focused on the now, I engaged with people who were presently there with me, I laughed more, I played more, I stopped trying to calculate my next move, I stopped thinking about what next I was going to eat, and I just handled things as they came to me, and for some moment it felt like I was living my best life.
The only downside to this that I can see is that after you're done ignoring it all, you get to face it all over again because those problems go nowhere, even if you choose to ignore them for as long as possible; some of them even get worse.
But, if you're like me and you decide not to think about all that, like I did last night, I can assure you that you're up to having the best time of your life, no matter how short it might feel.

Alot of people pile up pressure on themselves
Is good to careless and care free
