Mount Kanchenjunga.

I hope you all are fine. I am also fine here. In today's post, I have presented natural scenes with you. Today's post is being made after eighteen days in the photographylovers community. The peak of the mountain that is visible in today's post is Mount Kanchenjunga. The place from which I have captured it in today's post is Darjeeling. Darjeeling is one of the most famous hill stations in India. Darjeeling is known for its natural beauty, pleasant climate and magnificent views of the Himalayas. This hill station is located in the northern part of the Indian state of West Bengal and in the eastern region of the country. The city is located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level and in the lower Himalayas. This place is surrounded by beautiful tea gardens, dense forests and snow-capped mountains. Which makes it one of the most picturesque places in India.

As can be seen in the photograph above, you can see the magnificent Kanchenjunga mountain range from Darjeeling. The peak of the Kanchenjunga mountain range is known as the third highest mountain in the world with a height of 8,500 meters. This mountain is located on the border of Nepal and Sikkim. This mountain holds great spiritual and cultural significance for the locals. On a clear morning, when the first rays of the sun touch them, the snow-capped peaks of Kanchenjunga glow with golden and pink colors, creating a magical scene. In the first photograph above, the snow-capped Kanchenjunga stands proudly in the background. While below, the picturesque city of Darjeeling can be seen. The famous clock tower of Darjeeling and the colorful houses built on the slopes are also visible in this photograph. Lush forests, old colonial buildings and monasteries add to the unique charm of the city.

Tourists from all over the world visit Darjeeling to enjoy this wonderful view of Kanchenjunga seen in the photograph above. Popular viewpoints like Tiger Hill and Observatory Hill offer the best spots to watch the sunrise over the mountains. Apart from its scenic beauty, Darjeeling is also known for its world-famous tea gardens, the Darjeeling Toy Train and its peaceful atmosphere. The view of Mount Kanchenjunga from Darjeeling is one of the most beautiful places in India.

The natural scene seen in the photograph above, a combination of snow-capped peaks, lush green hills and the colorful city below, makes it a paradise for both nature lovers and photographers. This is a place where one can truly feel close to nature and experience the serene grandeur of the Himalayas. The city is built on several peaks and valleys, which offers panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. As I mentioned earlier, from here you can also see the peak of Mount Kanchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world.

Since this place is at a high altitude, Darjeeling enjoys a cool and pleasant climate all year round. Summers are mild and refreshing. While winters are very cold. And sometimes there is light snowfall in winter. During the monsoon season from June to September, the hills are covered with fog and clouds. Which adds a magical charm to the city. The surrounding hills are covered with rhododendron forests, oak trees and lush green tea gardens. This place produces the world famous Darjeeling tea. Darjeeling is well connected by road, rail and air. The nearest major railway station is New Jalpaiguri. Which is about 88 kilometers away from Darjeeling. The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport. Which is located about 70 kilometers from Darjeeling. Which connects this region with major Indian cities like Kolkata, Delhi and Guwahati.

This place is located between the hills of the Eastern Himalayas. As I mentioned earlier, this place, surrounded by tea gardens and pine forests, offers picturesque views of Mount Kanchenjunga and a peaceful atmosphere. Darjeeling has been given the title of the Queen of Hills. The photographs above prove that this title suits it well.
