Often it's the accumulation of life's stresses and unresolved conflicts with, past traumas, overwhelming responsibilities or the constant barrage of information and comparison in our modern world, Sometimes it's a biochemical response to our neurochemistry momentarily working against us while Other times it stems from deeply ingrained beliefs or negative self talk that we've rehearsed for years which the triggers are as diverse as we are but the result is the same: a feeling of being under siege within your own consciousness.
