[ENG/DEU] Your Chance to Make Hive a Better Place – Which Feature Do You Miss on Your Favorite Hive Frontend?

I would like to ask you a few questions. And as is so often the case, you find out some things first at PowerPaul. I don't really want to write too much about it yet, but a bit of promotion is always good and it can't hurt if you know the context of my questions.

The background:

As some of you know, I use my own frontend for most of my activities on Hive. On the one hand to manage most things around @CryptoCompany. But also because over time I've noticed more and more in the various frontends what I would do differently, where I need unnecessary clicks, what I don't have an overview of or need differently to improve my processes. I have always taken all these ideas and incorporated them into my own control center in an improved form.

Wie manche von euch wissen, nutze ich für den Großteil meiner Tätigkeiten auf Hive mein eigenes Frontend. Einerseits um die meisten Dinge rund um @CryptoCompany zu verwalten. Aber auch, weil mir im Laufe der Zeit in den verschiedenen Frontends mehr und mehr aufgefallen ist, was ich anders machen würde, wo ich unnötige Klicks brauche, über was ich keine Übersicht habe oder anders anders brauche, um meine Abläufe zu verbessern. All diese Ideen habe ich bisher immer genommen und habe sie mir in verbesserter Form in meine eigene Schaltzentrale eingebaut.

A few days ago I opened the frontend for the first “CryptoCompany external” user. As part of this, the frontend is improving. Not only through feedback, but also because I want to provide the most useful frontend possible. And since the implementation effort for other users should be in a reasonable proportion, I will open this frontend to a selected group of users. Another reason “why?” follows below...

Jetzt ist der Nutzerkreis bereits gewachsen:

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich das Frontend für den ersten "CryptoCompany externen" Benutzer geöffnet. Im Rahmen dessen verbessert sich das Frontend. Nicht nur durch Feedback, sondern auch, weil ich den Anspruch habe, das nützlichste Frontend zur Verfügung zu stellen. Und da der Aufwand der Implementierung für andere Nutzer in einem sinnvollen Verhältniss stehen sollte, werde ich dieses Frontend einem selektierten Nutzerkreis gegenüber öffnen. Ein weiterer Grund "warum?" folgt weiter unten...

What does “selected” mean? Why “selected user group”?

I will certainly discuss this in a future article or answer it in public FAQs. But the short answer would be: the frontend is so powerful that I don't want to put it in the hands of users who use it to expand their “negative” activities.

Consequently, explicit registration and activation will be required in order to use the frontend.

For the sake of transparency, I mention that I will not make this frontend fully accessible for free. I will most likely include CCD tokens. I already have a price in mind - which will be a bargain compared to the benefits of the frontend and the possibility of reward optimization. Furthermore, I could imagine releasing currently paid services such as VoteView or future services there for free use.

Was meint "selektiert"? Warum "selektierter Nutzerkreis"?

Das werde ich sicherlich in einem nächsten Artikel erörtern oder in öffentlichen FAQs beantworten. Die Kurzantwort wäre aber: das Frontend ist so kraftvoll, das ich es nicht in die Hände von Usern geben will, welche damit ihre "negativen" Aktivitäten ausbauen.

Folglich wird es eine explizite Registrierung und Freischaltung brauchen, um das Frontend nutzen zu können.

Aus Gründen der Transparenz erwähne ich, dass ich dieses Frontend nicht in vollem Umfang kostenlos zugänglich machen werde. Dazu werde ich aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach CCD Token einbinden. Ich habe bereits Preisvorstellungen - welche im Vergleich zu dem Nutzen des Frontend und der Möglichkeit der Reward-Optimierung aber in jedem Fall ein Schnäppchen sein wird. Weiterhin könnte ich mir vorstellen, aktuell kostenpflichtige Dienste wie VoteView oder kommende Dienste dort zur kostenlosen Nutzung freizugeben.

Current plans:

As you may have noticed from CryptoCompany's recent postings, CryptoCompany will be focusing on providing additional services and service offerings in the near future.

CryptoCompany has already consistently proven to be (extremely) valuable to its users through its previous offerings. As part of my recent evaluations "What do Hivians really need? What would improve our existence here?" I decided to give you the best CryptoCompany has to offer: the opening of my own frontend. And the corresponding further development will not only benefit new users, but also me, CryptoCompany and the community around it. So the expansion of the frontend would be and is a win-win-win.

As part of this, I have spent the last few weeks focusing on rebuilding the programming of the frontend so that it can also fully serve other users.

Aktuelle Planungen:

Wie du eventuell aus den letzten Postings von CryptoCompany mitbekommen hast, wird CryptoCompany sich in nächster Zeit vorerst um die Bereitstellung weiterer Dienstleistungen und Serviceangebote kümmern.

CryptoCompany hat durch seine bisherigen Angebote bereits durchgehend bewiesen, (extrem) wertbringend für seine Benutzer zu sein. Im Rahmen meiner letzten Evaluierungen "Was brauchen Hivians wirklich? Was würde unser Dasein hier verbessern?" habe ich entschieden, euch das Beste zu geben, was CryptoCompany zu bieten hat: die Öffnung meines eigenen Frontends. Und die dementsprechende Weiterentwicklung kommt nicht nur neuen Benutzern zu Gute, sondern auch mir, CryptoCompany und der Gemeinschaft darum. Somit wäre und ist der Ausbau des Frontends ein Win-Win-Win.

Im Rahmen dessen, bin ich die letzten Wochen darauf fokussiert, die Programmierung des Frontend so umzubauen, sodass es anderen Usern ebenfalls vollumfänglich dienen kann.

Who does the front end want to serve?

In short: professional and ambitious Hivians. Regardless of whether you already are or want to become one.

Hive already has several frontends. Many have different approaches and all have more or less users. But one thing has always been missing for me: a frontend for “professional” users. It's not just CryptoCompany that needs to manage multiple accounts. As I have already solved this issue for myself, the question is only rhetorical for me, but may be interesting for you:

Why, when you do tasks in different profiles, do you have to keep switching profiles; checking notifications here, checking them there; reloading blogs and wallets? Why, for example, is there no wallet where I have an overview of all the values of all accounts, can track transactions in between and log them with one click? Why do I have to make a dozen clicks and accept repeated loading times when two clicks or an automation would suffice? Why do I have to make dozens of clicks to process all the blogs and actions that I would like to keep in focus? And why is there no interface that alerts me to an HIVE pump? I could ask dozens of questions like this... I've been here on the blockchain for 7 years and believe that my interpretation of an awesome interface would find its fans and they would celebrate the front end.

Now it should be and become what can.

Make handling the various aspects and mechanics of our blockchain easier and faster? Then the CryptoCompany frontend would be your thing - whether you manage one account or 20. But especially if you manage more than one account or want to work more efficiently and profitably.

Wen will das Frontend bedienen?

Kurzgesagt: professionelle und ambitionierte Hivians. Egal ob du dies schon bist oder werden willst.

Hive hat bereits mehrere Frontends. Viele haben unterschiedliche Ansätze und alle haben mehr oder weniger Nutzer. Eines hat mir aber immer gefehlt: ein Frontend für "professionelle" Nutzer. Nicht nur CryptoCompany muss mehrere Accounts verwalten. Da ich diesen Umstand für mich bereits gelöst habe, ist die Frage für mich nur rhetorisch, für dich aber eventuell interessant:

Warum musst du, wenn du Aufgaben in verschiedenen Profilen tätigst, andauernd das Profil wechseln; Benachrichtigungen hier kontrollieren, dort kontrollieren; Blogs und Wallets erneut laden? Warum gibt es zum Beispiel kein Wallet, indem ich alle Werte aller Accounts in der Übersicht habe, Transaktionen dazwischen tracken und mit einem Klick protokollieren kann? Warum muss ich ein dutzend Klicks machen und immer wieder Ladezeit akzeptieren, wenn 2 Klicks oder eine Automatisierung reichen würde? Warum muss ich dutzende Klicks machen, um all die Blogs und Aktionen abzuarbeiten, welche ich gerne im Fokus behalten würde? Und warum gibt es kein Interface, welches bei einem HIVE-Pump Alarm macht? Ich könnte dutzende solche Fragen stellen... Ich bin seit 7 Jahren hier auf der Blockchain und glaube, dass meine Interpretation eines geilen Interface seine Fans finden würde und diese das Frontend feiern.

Nun soll es so sein und werden, was kann.

Den Umgang mit den unterschiedlichen Aspekten und Mechaniken unserer Blockchain unserer Blockchain einfacher und schneller machen? Dann wäre das CryptoCompany Frontend dein Ding - egal ob du einen Account oder 20 verwaltest. Aber besonders, wenn du dich um mehr als einen Account kümmerst oder effizienter und gewinnbringender arbeiten möchtest.
