Over Priced Buidling
Hello Hivers, it is another great day to be alive and be healthy as well. Today is another day to share my #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. This is my entry to this great community write up. It has been a raining period as we are currently in the wet season in West Africa. And it is good to know that the weather is mild and calm.

Today I will be sharing a set of apartments for sale in the community where I stay, I did see this apartments for sale and I can only shake my head at the state of the building. It looks like a regular building on the mainland. One thing that I have observed about these buildings here in Lekki, the so called Island and the most expensive place to live in the country is that buildings are over priced. A building can go as high as 500 million Naira that is approximately $340, 789 dollars. And, in the end the building will still look bad and in a very scary state.
This is just that the government does not regulate the prices of things here especially the real estate businesses. This is also as a result of individual greed as investors are being promised a 100% of their investment in an unrealistic period of time. That is basically what they do here. Buildings looking terrible but still over priced. It is a bad system that has been allowed to eat into our governmental system.
