The European Union has approved legislation by a wide margin with a vote of 335 for to 190 against. Which will give digital ID wallets to its EU citizens and residents so that they don’t have to pay private companies for the software.
People can use a commercial wallet to identify and authenticate themselves instead. And as might be expected, the digital identity wallet program will give users full control of their data, including the right to have that data deleted.
However, that "freeware" software has been raising trust, security and privacy concerns for users, according to a government statement. March 1, 2024.

I have never bothered, because I find files removed from my computer regularly, so trying to preserve them by downloading them serves no purpose, but I have heard such files can be extracted and downloaded from Youtube with software made for the purpose.
That's right. There are sites online like this that allow you to do it with ease without having to download or install any software on your computer. Although this particular video is quite long and I don't think it's worth downloading and storing. Maybe just interesting to watch it and meditate a little on what it shows and suggests.
