Invoke the 25th Amendment requires the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet applies to incapacity, but not necessarily to the misconduct of the president. However, a loyal cabinet would make this path unavailable. So here below is the current cabinet, does anyone think this would be a viable path to achieve the goal?

It's getting scary indeed!

Likely nothing will change, since the start of an impeachment is, as far as I know, a standard in US history. Plus, Trump has too many Trump fans in his cabinet to reach a factual impeachment. When such a large number of Republican voters - still - don't think Trumps behaviour has large impact on his duties, then I don't see a successful impeachment process unfolding.
