I really liked what you told us about those beautiful photos of the fish. I imagine that, like everything in nature, the school of fish has its own rules for maintaining balance, and you interpreted that in a very funny way.

I feel the same way you do. Sometimes I have a really hard time focusing on writing, even though I love it, but daily stress and my thoughts just wear me out. Like you said, we humans make life so complicated for ourselves.
My daughter told me about a technique called the Pomodoro Technique that has helped me. I hope it helps you, too.

I am glad that you liked my humorous take on the fish situation :)

Maybe you are also getting old, and recently all our lives have been filled with complications. Thank you for the tip on the Pomodoro Technique and I will ask Mrs. Google to tell me about it.
