I don't remember when I first drank coffee, maybe when I was 5-6 years old. When I was little, my father went to my grandmother's house almost every day and I often came along. Usually, the grandmother always provides 2 glasses of coffee with milk in a cupboard.
I don't know the milk used but the coffee is black coffee because there is still powder sitting at the bottom.
My father was always given a cup of coffee with milk when he arrived there, and when I tried it I really liked it, Maybe for me, it was the sweet taste of milk that I liked better at that time.
After several years passed I had a bad experience when drinking coffee, at that time I was 11-12 years old and was taking a school promotion exam, I was not a diligent child and the exam material had 3 subjects.
I studied from noon to 9 p.m., and there was still a lot of material that I had to study, so I decided to drink a large amount of black coffee to stay fresh studying at night. I also didn't use a glass at that time but instead used a saucepan made from metal, I remember pouring more than 3 tablespoons of black coffee.
Long story short, finally the one pot of coffee was finished, actually, at that time I didn't like the taste because it was too bitter. When it was 2 pm I decided to sleep because the exam was at 6 o'clock.
It turned out that the influence of the coffee was very strong, my heart started to pound, and I couldn't sleep even though I closed my eyes, I don't remember what time I finally managed to sleep, maybe 4 in the morning and wake up at 5 in the morning. On that day I felt very dizzy, my eyes were burning and watering because I was sleepy, and it was difficult to concentrate. I just want to finish the exam quickly and go home to sleep. Since then I no longer drink coffee, another reason because my grandmother started to get sick, so I no longer have coffee with milk in the cupboard. A few years later, many instant coffee products began to appear, both ready-made and in powder form, and I started to try and like coffee again.
As I got older and my health knowledge increased, I finally realized that the sugar contained in instant coffee was not good for my health. And decided to drink black coffee more often. But sometimes I still drink instant coffee if I need it quickly, and also if there is a new product like in the below picture.

This product is a local instant coffee product and just came out last week in a supermarket, I bought it because I want to try the taste. As usual, I didn't like it because it was too sweet, and finally, I shared the rest with relatives and friends (1 pack contains 9 sachet coffee instant). It seems my relationship with coffee is one of love and hate.
Finally, I found true love in Black Coffee 😍 but sometimes I still glance at Instant Coffee 😆.

It was a difficult experience you had with coffee, at least you came back through the dark side, hehehe.

Coffee is always beneficial in its correct measure.

Thank you for leaving your comment.☕
Good day.

Too much of everything is bad. That's why coffee in its right measure is a blessing.

What a thought-provoking experience you share with us.

indeed everything too much is not good, only with the right dose of coffee will have a positive effect. Thank you 😇
