The twentieth round was the return-match round for the duels from round sixteen, and its main theme was REVENGE! Many players who lost the first clash took harsh revenge on their rivals this time, which led to several sensational outcomes.
The biggest surprise was, without a doubt, the victory of @fredkese over one of the main contenders for the podium, @manuvert! This is an incredible revenge for the defeat from a few days ago. Even though the Frenchman won the consolation prize for a high score, the Ghanaian snatched the priceless three points, which significantly improves his position in the middle of the table.
Revenge was also taken by @new.things, who defeated @erikklok this time; @itz.inno, who proved to be better than @merthin; and @benbow2017, who got his revenge on @mushanov.
However, there were no surprises at the very top. The leader, @bucipuci (author of the round's best score – nearly 50k steps!), and the vice-leader, @cezary-io, confidently defeated their rivals, completing the "double" this season and strengthening their positions.
What does this mean for the standings? @bucipuci now has a 6-point lead over second place and is one step away from defending his championship title. @cezary-io, thanks to his win and @manuvert's defeat, has also pulled away from the pack and now has a 6-point lead in the fight for the vice-champion title. @manuvert's defeat has made the fight for the third spot on the podium extremely fierce, and at least several players will be in the running for it!
It looks like the top two spots are almost settled, but the fight for the bronze medal will be thrilling until the very end!

Wielu graczy, którzy przegrali pierwsze starcie, tym razem wzięło srogi odwet na swoich rywalach, co doprowadziło do kilku sensacyjnych rozstrzygnięć. Co to oznacza dla tabeli? @bucipuci ma już 6 punktów przewagi nad drugim miejscem i jest o krok od obrony tytułu mistrzowskiego. @cezary-io dzięki swojej wygranej i porażce @manuvert również odskoczył rywalom i ma już 6 punktów przewagi w walce o tytuł wicemistrza. Porażka @manuvert sprawiła, że walka o trzecie miejsce na podium staje się niezwykle zacięta i weźmie w niej udział co najmniej kilku graczy!
Wygląda na to, że dwa pierwsze miejsca są już niemal obsadzone, ale walka o brązowy medal będzie pasjonująca do samego końca!

The twentieth round was the return-match round, and unlike in the Golden League, there were no major surprises at the top of the table. The top three – @wahacoce, @revlat35, and @flemingfarm – gave their rivals no chance and defeated the same opponents as in round 6, thus completing their "doubles." The leader, @wahacoce, once again recorded the best score of the round, getting over 22k steps.
These results mean the lead of the third-place player over the fourth-place one has grown to a whopping 12 points! It's safe to say that the fight for promotion is all but settled, and our leaders will most likely be playing in the elite league next season.
One of the few successful revenges was delivered by @asia-pl, who this time confidently defeated @elizabethbit, getting her own back for the defeat in the first round. A real nail-biter was served up by @atongis and @pjansen, where the former's victory was decided by a minimal difference of just over 400 steps.
Credit is also due to @ronnie10, who, despite losing to one of the leaders, @flemingfarm, achieved a great score and deservedly received the consolation prize.
What does this mean for the standings? There's been a major shuffle in the fight for the title of "best of the rest." After @krakonos's defeat by the leader, @homesteadlt moved up to fourth place, and @davidthompson57 to fifth. The race for promotion seems decided, so in the final rounds, the most interesting part will be the thrilling fight for the prestigious fourth place at the end of the season!

Czołowa trójka – @wahacoce, @revlat35 i @flemingfarm – nie dała szans swoim rywalom i pokonała tych samych przeciwników co w 6. rundzie, kompletując tym samym „dublety”. Lider, @wahacoce, ponownie zanotował najlepszy wynik w rundzie, zdobywając ponad 22 tys. kroków.
Te wyniki sprawiły, że przewaga trzeciego miejsca nad czwartym wzrosła do aż 12 punktów! Można z dużą dozą pewności stwierdzić, że walka o awans jest już niemal zamknięta, a nasi liderzy w przyszłym sezonie najprawdopodobniej zagrają w elicie.
Jednym z niewielu udanych rewanżów popisała się @asia-pl, która tym razem pewnie pokonała @elizabethbit, odwetowując się za porażkę z pierwszej rundy. Prawdziwy dreszczowiec zafundowali nam z kolei @atongis i @pjansen, gdzie o wygranej tego pierwszego zadecydowała minimalna różnica nieco ponad 400 kroków.
