Actually, many old European cities look pretty similar to me, including wien-budapest.

However, which city was most reminiscent of Budapest is Lyon. The buildings and streets of downtown Lyon are very similar to downtown Pest, only Lyon ones are built later, refurbished.

For me, Wien is more or less reminiscent of almost all major German cities.
