What is Courage: courage is when you choose to face something hard even when you are afraid, It does not mean you are not scared it means you move forward ahead of the fear.

In my life i have had many times where I was afraid. Afraid to start, speak, an fail but I have also learned that if I don’t try i may never grow that is what courage is for me doing what needs to be done even when my heart is shaking.

Sometimes courage is not loud It's not always about fighting battles or shouting big words sometimes, it’s just waking up every morning and trying again It’s choosing not to give up, even when things look hard. It's asking for help when you need it it’s starting a new job, learning a new skill, or forgiving someone who hurt you deeply.

I remember a time when I wanted to stop everything I felt tired, lost, and confused, but something in me refused to give up It wasn’t strength it was courage.
a quiet voice that told me keep going you don’t
need to have everything figured out you don’t need to be the strongest or the smartest you just need to take one small step that step might be scary but it matters courage is inside all of us It doesn’t show on our faces, but it’s there in our actions in the way we love in the way we keep trying in the way we stand up for ourselves.

So if you are facing something today that feels bigger than you just know this you are not alone breathe take a step and remember, being brave doesn’t mean you don’t cry it means you feel the fear, but do it anyway.

That is courage and you have it.
