Alright. It's a little grammatical error that you make repeatedly.

After every comma, full stop, (or any grammar symbol), it is important you give a space.

For e.g

In conclusion,home is not just about family,home to others might be living with friends,no matter the individual involved,if it's gives peace to your soul and happiness,then that's just what matters.Thanks for stopping by my page.

You see, it might be little but it's very important to us writers.
