I had to google to see what chameleon bread was, and found this blog. This person said they made a beetroot sourdough, but it reads more like they were experimenting. Was your chameleon bread like this?

@phoenixwren I doubt very much that Chacald's was made from beetroot. I think that person just experimented there. However, I LOVE the idea of a beetroot bread, and now I'm eager to look up some recipes 😍🙌

Now I prefer whole wheat bread, with oatmeal and raisins. But chameleon bread is still an excellent choice to accompany coffee.
I make bread regularly. I have made it with pumpkin, yuca, carrot, whole wheat, banana...but never with beetroot...it would be great to try that..., @phoenixwren
Girls @phoenixwren and @millycf1976, I went to the store just to buy a chameleon bread to show you 🤭. I really thought I wasn't going to get it, but it was at the bread counter.
This is a sweet bread but at the same time salty. The same can be accompanied with a jam at snack or with cream cheese for breakfast. The truth is that this is a true chameleon bread.
@phoenixwren I loved this beet chameleon bread recipe....now I must look it up to make it. I love bread recipes. My arepa filling can be anything, but I love it with mozzarella cheese to melt over the warm dough. 😊👍🏽
