pâtes aux boulettes
Salut à tous, je viens de m'apercevoir que cette recette existe en Italie, ils nomment les boulettes polpettes.
Pour la farce viande de boeuf, oeuf, un peu de farine de maïs, persil, herbes de Provence.
Je fais aussi des petits dés de courgettes et de tomates que je met cuire 30 minutes au four avec de l'ail et de l'huile d'olive.
Pendant ce temps je mélange bien les ingrédients avec la viande et je fais des petites boulettes.
Je les roule ensuite dans la farine de maïs.
Je pose ensuite les boulettes sur mes légumes cuits et remet 20 minutes au four.
Il ne reste plus qu'à disposer sur une assiette de pâtes.
