Feuilleté poulet et coriandre
Salut à tous un feuilleté tout simple avec du blanc de poulet cru.
Je rajoute de la coriandre fraîche, du gingembre et du mascarpone.
Emincer le blanc de poulet et le malaxer avec le mascarpone, le gingembre râpé et la coriandre haché.
Sur un carré de pâte feuilletée disposer le poulet et refermer avec un autre carré de pâte feuilletée.
Faire cuire dans un four chaud pendant 30 minutes.
Le poulet va cuire à la vapeur enfermé dans la pâte et s'imprégner des odeurs des autres ingrédients.
