Salut à tous, une salade de morue avec les restes.

Il faut de la morue cuite, de la tomate, de l'ail, de l'oignon rouge, du citron vert, de la coriandre, du piment oiseau.

Presser les citrons verts, hacher l'ail et couper les tomates et les oignons. Un peu de piment oiseau haché, attention à ne pas trop en mettre.

Ajouter la coriandre et la morue et bien mélanger.

Filmer et conserver au réfrigérateur au moins deux heures.
