RE: 60 horas sin comida, un reto personal | 60 Hours Without Food: A Personal Challenge

Wow! 60 hours without eating is something like climbing Mount Everest for me... 😄
My friend has been practicing for over a year, and he is happy with the results! After having some health issues, it helped him a lot on many levels, but I'm not sure that even he would succeed for more than 24 hours without a proper meal...
.
What surprised me in your story is that you did a lot of physical activity along the way, which should be an additional obstacle for reaching your 60h goal... But, you did it!! Congrats on that!

Every day, more scientific studies prove the effectiveness of fasting in health matters. In fact, that was the reason I got into this, and every day I become more convinced of its benefits. There is a lot of “culture” involved in the amount of food we eat, which has nothing to do with our body's needs. Often, by feeding the body, we take away its ability to heal itself, because the body almost always knows how to do it, but we don't let it...
