It is a traditional Czech compliment, I assure you. Very high praise.

(I don't know. @godfish is kind enough to tolerate my very poor attempts at deciphering his native language. You'll have to ask him about the bear though.)

A bear moderator is someone who moderates bear population. While that is more of a Slovakian issue currently (see), we still pay all due respect to people who moderate bears (especially when they bring a good stake along - consider it a suggestion for the next show) ;))
