Jokes aside, it's not that hard to do. The proof is that thousands of people joined this chain a few years ago when nobody knew what crypto was. It could only get easier, and we have more and better tools.

Atm, at Liotes we are mostly around curation with the @Ourpick, and running challenges (power-up, missions), where we try to reward people with LEN tokens...
