Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to be an "insider" and to know where to look... I did something similar in my profession, without revealing my knowledge, leaving them to get into their own spider web... 😂
Always check door linings and the floor (remove carpet where you can, to check for any signs of corrosion.
Funny that you mentioned that, as one of the examples that I shared (stickerbumps) was doing exactly that.. trying to hide signs of corrosion...
And the other one that we checked had door linings a bit distorted, which usually means that the car had an accident and was repaired...

Right? It's quite something seeing it from both sides! Buying and selling cars aint for sissies though. I remember driving like 10 km for a car that's drivers seat wasn't even attached to the floor anymore! I've always been insistent on saving the money by buying and selling without trading in or using a third party, but jeesh its wild out there. Feels like you need a hepatitis shot after going onto gumtree nowadays!
