Back to the "Crime Scene"! .:. S(C)aturday Photo Walk
When I was on my long daily walk today, testing my wife's phone, and taking photos of different things from my surroundings, @seckorama came to my mind as he often participates in the Let's Make a Collage community... If I understood well, in that community they create a collage of one photo, and what I'm doing with this post is making a collage, or better said a salad, of photos from my walk... There is a bit of everything (and for everyone)... 😂
Today, I have reserved almost 3 hours of my time for this walk with one longer break (half an hour) for a coffee! Usually, I don't drink coffee, but I needed one during this walk... I was walking around one of my old routes as I had a chance to visit my "old place" again... 🙂
The weather was perfect! We are deep in the autumn, but if you check these images, you would never guess that! Flowers are blooming, it's nice and sunny, and fruits are still greenish...
Except for the fact that these are oranges and they are meant to be ripped around Christmas! In the next 1-2 months, they will get the recognizable orange color, if they don't escape from the fence as some of them are already halfway out! 😃
A few days ago, my son asked me do I liked our new place of living... When I saw this house, I remembered that question as the answer was that it's not my "dream house", but it is OUR home... Owning a house like this could be called a dream house... 😃 A beautiful old house, nice big garden, and even the fence is unique and pretty! Maybe one day...
Gorgeous leaves of Rubber plant (Ficus elastic) are spreading over the fence, to show its beauty to passengers like me...
I had to take a photo of this hi-tech, high-security gate that protects this garden from anything! Nobody can break something that is already torn in parts... 🤣
Can you guess the tree from these two photos (below and under)? The first person who gives the right answer in the comment section will get 5 LEN tokens!
This gate is another emblematic view on this route... Imagine this gate, at night, under the moonlight... Isn't it perfect for a horror movie as an entrance to a haunted house or abandoned asylum? 😃
Bee at work! Like all of us on HIVE! 🙂
Huh... Roses are definitely my favorite flowers they will always remind me of the backyard of my grandparents... My grandfather had a lot of red roses plants and I still remember the sense, and how beautiful they were! These aren't that red, but I will take it!
What kind of Saturday (pardon, #caturday) walk would it be without the cat? To be honest, I didn't even spot her, but she was calling me and meowing just to pose for a photo!
It's hard to take a photo of a cat, and it's extremely hard to take a photo of a BLACK cat! 😃
I think I mentioned loquat in my last walk and talk post a few days ago, where I forgot what it's called in English... Well, there you are... This doesn't look like something special, but it smells great and in a few months, from these flowers, there will be juicy fruits!
Hello, my friend... No, he is not dead... While I was walking toward him (without seeing it on the road), he jumped to the fence and "hid"... Well, he isn't a master of camouflage, especially on that surface... 😃
I know that some of you liked my old Actifit reports that I was doing a few years ago on a different HIVE account, and I know that many of you liked the flowers that I used to photograph in my walks... Well, these few photos go for you! ❤️
My coffee break was right around this spot, by the seaside! I forgot to take a photo of the view from the bar, but I think that these 2 photos are worth more than a photo of a coffee cup... 😃
On my way back to the car, I noticed that someone was riding a bike on the sea! 😵🤔 What the heck is happening there?
There it is... The answer to my question... Are you ready for a ride? 😃
That's all for today! I hope that you liked our "short" Caturday walk!
Thank you for your time,
--ph--

The same weather here for almost 15 days mate and I also take the advanvantage of such lovely days by being in nature ;)
Enjoy the good weather and nature! 😍
That majestic gate looks like an entrance to a Spanish hacienda or something like that lol. I use to watch a lot of Spanish soap opera when I was a teenager and this looks like one of those Spanish big boys estate.
Lovely shots by all means, especially the ones with the bokeh effects. The subject separation is unbelievable, you must be shooting with a decent device.
By the way, was that a stray cat?

Hehehe... It looks like you watched "more normal" TV shows that I... lol...
To be honest, all photos have 0 editing and are in default automatic mode. And regarding the camera, it's an ordinary, and (relatively) cheap Samsung A15...
Yes, it was! When I showed the photo to my wife, she told me that stray cats in Spain are "marked" on their ears (like it is visible on this cat)... That means that it is a stray cat, and it usually means that someone takes care of the cat colony where the cat belongs...
Thanks for your curation!
Samsung phones are the real deal, I use to have an a52 and it took the most beautiful portrait pictures.
Oh so, stray cats actually have a shelter where they're ear marked and taken care of? That's great, because the cat looks good, and looked to be doing well.
Make more posts like this lol.
Yeah, some "street cats" look better than "home cats"... 😃
I will try to... 😃
Thanks!
Agh...Man, this is just cool.. :)
Next time you come for a longer period and are closer to Alicante, I will take you on a long walk in that area... 😃
Good ideas, sound good. :)
No, no, no, you didn't understand her! She was calling you to say: take me home, I want to live with you and your wife! 😁
Pfff, so I can't say which tree it is. 🙄
😂
Nope! She called me as she saw that I was alone, and not with that boring woman who chases cats... 😜
Whenever you go for a ride like this, you get to learn a lot. I'm afraid, but these people have a lot of fun
I loved the hi-tech, high-security gate with nothing to protect. 🤣🤣
Beautiful walk, especially the flowers and the beach landscape.
Google told me that the tree is an algarrobo. 😁
Yay! You got it right!! It is algarrobo, or in English, carob tree!
5 LEN tokens were sent! 🙂
Yayyy!! I know the name but never saw one, Google saved me, haha.
Thank you for the LENs I will take care of them. 😁
Where are you from? This seems spring pictures rather than autumn
Those photos are from the Spanish Mediterranean coast... There are maybe 2-3 weeks of "real autumn"... 😃
That lantana looks so beautiful my friend. I thought you will have all those color turning leaves there on the autumn, but it seems you are still on summer. !LOLZ
poor grasshopper, you can easily spot him on that fence. hahah !LUV !PIZZA

Yeah, no real autumn here... We got some orange leaves at the end of August and September, but more because of the sunburn... The same goes with the Spring when we have those beautiful green leaves only for 2-3 weeks...
😂 🤣

Nice collection of photographs. The coffee spot seems a perfect place to sip a cup of coffee while you enjoy the view. And also agree with the fact. Owning a dream home is a real dream come true. Hope it works .
Thanks for checking out the photos! And regarding the dream home, we will see what happens... If crypto performs well in the next year, maybe I will get there... 😃
👍
So pretty! 😍
Thanks! I'm glad that you liked the photos!
Chicken dung flowers are also very abundant in your place, very great
Oh, that's how they are called! As for some specific color combinations, they call them here "banderitas de españa", which would mean "Spanish flags" 😃
Thanks for checking the post!
pleased to hear it
Thank you also for replying to my comment
It looks like a nice walk and sometimes you just see things that you never expect. I don't think I have seen someone use a bike on the sea, but it's an interesting idea. I guess people can get some good exercise through it.
That sea bike really looks interesting, but I suppose it's suitable for use only when there is a calm sea, as it was yesterday...
As I am currently with a cold, the sun and beach look very appealing!
Get those Vitamin D through the computer screen! 😃
my vitamins corner has swollen to new highs!
The 'high tech gate' is much more safe than we may thing. To approach it you need to be protected by a special equipment against plages and other deseases.
If you try to break that gate, you can get tetanus from all that rust... 😃 It scares people (and animals) away! 😂
The atmosphere from the images gives the impression of a season between spring and summer, I wouldn't have guessed that it's autumn.
I would definitely want to ride on that "water bike", would love to experience how it moves through it :)
Yeah, we have a weird autumn here... That's what I miss the most from the place where I lived my childhood... But, happy to have long summers, that's for sure... 😃
It looks some very cool walk :)) This countryside looked cool, think if you could have your own little white house with a garden there ;)
The problem is that even a "little white house" there costs over 150K EUR... 😃
But, if crypto continues to go up, who knows... :)
Very true , if price more moves, we can fix lot things , so far I see even 0.35 cent can help lot :)) , but we need 0.50 cent and we all be happy :)))
And in Europa ...yes, it is difficult to build a tiny house in Europe in this days because the inflation ruins everything, I myself have a plan to make something this :)) But..but that I can show one day where it can be done even cheaper, but like I was say we wait, we wait for the price of our crypto to start moving 🫣🫣🫣😆, so I can I also start moving what my ideas. You are not alone what this idea price is still low ;)
If you ask me.. It's not how big the house is, but the people who live in it. A happy family in a cosy home can still be a dream home because it is always better than an unhappy family in a mansion. :)

A salad of photos - what a delightful term! And yes there is indeed something for everyone in your post. The area you visited looks gorgeous, plenty of scenic views, lots of flowers and plants, a random black cat and you even manage to include the beach with lush blue sea - fantastic!
Those water bikes look interesting, although possibly hard work? It looks like you might have to burn some calories to move a few metres but they look great and I would definitely be on one if I was there. That was quite a walk you completed.
You mention a new place of living, where have you moved from? Are you originally from Spain?
Thanks for your kind words! The guy who was riding that sea bike didn't push that hard and he was moving forward nicely... So, not sure how hard is it to drive... But, as I said in some other comment, it's probably not for the rough sea times, but rather when it's calm like it was that day...
I'm not originally from Spain, but I've been living in Spain for about 13 years now... We lived very close to the place where I took the sea bike photo, but now, we are more inland... 30 minutes to the sea by car... ;)
Cheers!
