Herein is a proposal for a proposal open to community input and feedback.

How much might a frog and it's frog token get? What do we need? Well this is open to discussion. It's your (Hive) money and PEPE tokens after all. This was suggested by a community member and much to follow is in parts a collective of ideas to propose.

How much? Some number of some thousands of $HBD perhaps.

What for?

Firstly, development of a Frog Battle Card game. This may be in the order of a few thousands initially. Could be an ask of some amount moar. Maybe the idea of a 10X to place an ask of about $10,000. Development, marketing, artwork, frog hours, and such. Most of which will go to those in the Hive community. Developer / development is here.

Prizes - A Matching amount of initial costs may be reserved in HBD savings where the interest would go to fueling a prize pool. This is part of our model to provide sustainability while utilizing HBD.

Part use to pay the team to spend time working on whatever it takes to make the game successful. Something like a reasonable rate of 10 HBD per frog hour. Allowing for additional time, work, and dedication to this game, token, community on the Hive Blockchain.

Some amount to reward / pay artists for creating art for our game and website. This may include NFTs in the future as well. While we are minimally a blockchain we could explore implementing NFTs in a later phase. Mostly using our own database to keep costs down and higher efficiency.

Listing of $PEPE from Ethereum

Some are interested in this and would like the idea of being able to swap $PEPE.ETH without the fees. This could be a great value proposition to such token users to have the opportunity to come to Hive and use Hive Engine to swap their $PEPE coin as SWAP.PEPE. This would entail listing the token, setting up, and funding SWAP.PEPE pools. The first choices that would make sense would be SWAP.PEPE:SWAP.ETH, and SWAP.PEPE:SWAP.USDT. SWAP.PEPE pooled with HIVE and HBD may be open to consideration as well. The pools to cater to users in and outside of Hive with Ethereum coins may make the most sense to start with. Listing and pools fees are 1000 BEE each. We may like to add SWAP.APU as well. We have a shared following with $APU coin on X(.com). We would reach out and see what that community thinks. However just starting with $PEPE would make the most sense and see how it goes while looking at APU interest as a further option. At this time listing PEPE, and creating two pools of SWAP.PEPE:SWAP.ETH, and SWAP.USDT would cost about 300 HBD. Plus some amount to fund the pools to a reasonable starting amount so people could use them and withdraw $ETH, $PEPE, or $USDT. Open to input on this. While some amount of users may pool some of their tokens into these pools as well growing them.

We have a pool of PEPE token with $HBD and would also created a PEPE pool with HIVE as SWAP.HIVE:PEPE. This would be another 1000 BEE. We'd add to the pool to get it started and sure many would follow.

A Pepe Outpost

Also mention an outpost for the PEPE token community. This could attract users from other Pepe communities. Think many would express interest and use much like memehive (hiveme.me) that we are partnered with with a shared monthly Power Up day. Recalling from posts by bradleyarrow with his BBH token and outpost idea he has mentioned a cost of 10,000 BEE. This would be approximately a thousand HBD at this time.

Pepe Team and Helpers

200 HBD a day for team members and community members who do some work for the token and community. We could always use the extra help. About half of this may go to other Hive users in the community for doings things for the community to give them something for their time. Maybe an amount for one quarter of three months. Or maybe longer as this proposal adapts to community input, feedback, and suggestions. Three months of about 90 days would amount to 18,000 HBD. This would more than enough for a lot of things.

PEPE Tipping Bot

One thing we could use that comes to mind is a tipping bot. Someone to code, and maintain the bot. Open to proposals to such. Would feel good man to have users able to tip other users like many other tokens.

Perhaps we could adapt and support the DOOK Token as our unofficial token as an alternative in the meantime. Creating an unofficial "Pardnership" because we can and choose to if our token holders were for it and DOOK was good with the idea too. Maybe be a DOOK Lord! Or some other moar reasonable DOOK level. Calls range from ten to 400. With varying costs of 12 1/2 HIVE to 1,250 HIVE.

This and some other things haven't been pushed due to lower starting resources.

We were actively part of the LOLz Farming ecosystem. While the delegation of PEPE tokens for others has been suspended for the time being. We still have an official PEPE delegation. With this "Pepe token" ( @pepetoken ) receives LOLz tokens. These are added to the Treasury. At this time we have over 10,000 LOLZ staked. The PEPE lolz bot is still active earning, curating, and rewarding PEPE tokens. This still includes PEPE tokens as part of LOLZ dividends to LOLZ token stakes / holders.

We will work to further distribute our token as more earn and/or accumulate PEPE tokens from wherever they can be. In time we will reevaluate PEPE distribution to unsuspend our status so everyone may again delegate PEPE and earn LOLZ tokens.

Our game will help with this increasing awareness, interest, and further distribution of PEPE tokens. As well as demand as the PEPE token is incorporated in the game and whatever else over time adding further and moar utility.

Also open to and exploring Partnership ( "Pardnership" ) opportunities and sponsorships. We are currently partnered with the ALIVE community with a cross delegation, @metarobots with our Frog Battle card game, @pepe.voter , and most recently @sbtofficial for example, in our quest to be moar than just a memecoin. Encompassing a tribe, memes, a game, and moar!

Looking to potentially market to Pepe interested crypto and meme users with our Frog Battle Card Game which can have multiple blockchain logins with Hive and another like Ethereum possibly with Polygon for example. Recently in just the past week finding interest in what has developed into a "Where in the World is Pepe the Frog?" game and contest which could be incorporated with other Pepe communities and/or potentially inviting them to Hive with Inleo with the ability sign in with an X, or Google, account to get a lite account try try out the Hive Blockchain with the Inleo front end. Where they may then download their keys and become the owner of their very own web3 account.

PEPE token has been on the Hive Blockchain a little over a year now. During this time we have reached #71 in used Hive tags. Between the likes of sports, food, and thgaming. While being slightly ahead of LOLZ and tribes.

All of this potentially bring our proposal to 30,000 HBD. Spread out over the course of ninety (90) days would be 333.333 HBD per day. We could also get by with less. The higher range amount would get us well beyond 90 days as many days we may only effectively pay the team / workers for one work day of about 100 HBD. This would grow to allow for bigger expenditures such as marketing. Which we get many offers on X for example. Just not the time and place. However such opportunities will make place over time with given resources as well.

Initially more of the resources would go to development. Maybe to allocate half of the amount of such (333.333 / 2 ~ 166.666). Then prioritizing what makes sense such as the PEPE:HIVE pool within first week's time.

Using unused resources in forms of expenses to grow Hive Power (HP), HBD Savings, liquidity pools (i.e. PEPE:HBD) for example. Supporting, growing, and fortifying the PEPE Token community. Allowing for growth of Treasury funds that may be allocated for things as taken holders, community members, and team members see fit and reasonable.

Pepe has and is such a big community in the crypto community outside of Hive. See great value and potential in bringing some of that here to the Hive blockchain.
