Season greetings to you all of my colleagues in this @homesteading community, how are you all doing today and how is everything goes around you, i hope you are all doing perfectly good, it's amazing moment to join with you guys in this amazing community and I'm here to share with all about my first experience in planting and harvesting my sweet potatoes in the farm.

Having experience in some certain things is definitely a good thing that shows human the right way to follow, i have never experience a potatoes plant before but i love eating it, the worst part of it was that i didn't know how they use to plant it and planting them is really good because you will have enough beneficially, my mom love eating it so much, but she didn't want to plant it because she believes that the space of planting potatoes would be enough to plant others crops, i came up with this idea of planting potatoes and my mom asked me not to plant it for there will be no space for that because potatoes needed enough space so that they will come out very well, my brother accept and tell my mom that we should give a try of planting them, i was so excited that my mom has accepted for us to plant them and it was nice that the farm was around our compound, so my brother went and clared the farm then he made a round rishes and went and bought the potatoes that was already garminated and we plant them, so for some months they started garminating very well and healthy.

Since it was my first experience i didn't know the season to harvesting them and i didn't even know how to harvest them because we didn't plant them before, so i kept it till their leafs change color and started routing.

Then my Dad went and checked them so he told me that some of them will died that i have kept them too long, so i went and started harvesting them, harvesting was not the problem but i asked myself how am going to harvest them if am going to clare their leafs before harvest, i thought it was a nice idea but my brother came and show me how to harvest them that if i clare their leafs i will not harvest all, so i follow their leafs steam and harvest them carefully, so i discover that some of the potatoes had got spoiled and routing.

I keep on harvesting them and i didn't want to harvest all bit because of how it spoiled so i decided ti harvest all of them but i finally finish harvesting them and i selected the good one.

It was so bad that i bought them and plant but because of being my first experience i lost a lot and i was so angry with myself because i should have asked someone that has an experience before, well i took it that i will do it better in my next plant because i have got enough experience in it i enjoy eating them, i know you like eating them too because a lot of people love potatoes so much.
