Homesteading : making some fried plantain from the harvest of my plantain.

Special greetings.

Hello great people of @homesteadimg community, how are you all doing today?, Hope all is very well, today i will be sharing with you all on how i made this delicious fried plantain from the harvest of my plantain.

It a very nice thing in making some plantation in life, i brought in a beautiful home that has a lot of lands and we survived through it because we love panting so much, we had a land which we dicided to plant banana and plantain one side then the other side we plant cassava and other things we want.

It's a very big land, we normally plant it after one one year but now we change the method and plant it every year after harvesting we clared the farm and used the cassavas stem that was harvested and replaced them back by planting, so tue raining season just arrived so heavily, it been three about three weeks or more, every night it will be raining heavily and some of our plantain felled down, some that has not even matured enough to cut oit and those that has matured, we selling some and some for eating because i like eating eating plantain so much, so i visited the farm looking for the matured one to cut out then i realized that the heavy rain has fell some down, so this particular one that i was expecting to cut wasn't mature enough to cut, so i kept them on the farm and covered them with their leafs very wwll for them to het mature, so after some weeks i went and cut them out because there wer goat around there so they was trying to eat and distroy some, then i took them home.

I love eating the fried one and my baby love eating it too, so i quickly pilled them out of the bunch and slice them to pieces.

After pulling them i put a grangnut oil on a frypan and started frying them.

Here is how the fried one looks like, so sweet and delicious.

Plantain is really a nice food, there are many ways of cooking it, people love it more than banana bit i love the both of them, now a day buying plantain is not easy because it too costly, not to talk of the ripe ones, let's keep on planting because it really good.

Thank you so much friends for passing by, do have a nice day.
