Special greetings feom tou to you all to make your day and happy needleworkmonday to you all, i hope yoir weekend was a special one and you all had a lot of sweet fun, I'm here today to share with you all on the project that got me so busy and stress which i was totally disappointed by my friend it was a stunning V waistline dress for myself for my child dedication ceremony.

People always says that there's no harm in trying, i got disappointed by my friend due to the fact that i didn't have any experience in sewing a corset, so i called her to come and render some help to me, so i got much busy with my dress and that of my children so my friend promise to help and i have hope and believe her that she will not disappoint me so getting to the middle of the week she disappoint me and i accept the fact that people need not to be trust, so due to the disappointment i determine to make it by myself so i started searching it from YouTube and decided to try my own best, the only problem i had is on the corset part, so i decided to use the main material to try the corset and it comes out so beautiful and nice.

Since it comes out nicely i decided to use directly on the dress, but before it comes out so nice i passed through a lot, a lot of fight and stress but i overcome them, immediately i finished with the front corset part i cut out the back side, i turned wirh skin net and make an invisible bones at the back same thing as the front, so i joined the skin net at the upper part of the back.

Finishing with the upper corset part i brought out my pink lace.

Then i started with the front part of the skirt using my complete body measurements, after cutting out the front side i folded the lace again and placed the front side on it and the zipper allowance and cut it out.

So i placed the both front and back skirt on the bridal satin and cut then i went to sewing machine and turned them properly.

I make a v waistline on the front skirt and i joined the upper part and the skirt part together.

I put in the back zipper carefully.

I joined the back and the front part together and i spread the skin net and cut out the sleeves then i joined them on the dress, i then went and open an eyelets at the back before i carved out the lace border and use gum and gum them at the front burst and the body of the dress, so i made a structure sleeves and fixed it at the left hand side of the dress.

Here is the outcome of it.

What i discover from this sewing work is that making a try on something helps a lot because apprentice might be watching on how to cut and sew everyday but at the end without trying on his or her own they will not know anything, he or she might know how to cut but there will ne a problem with some sewing part. The color combination was my choice because i love cold color, i was so so excited that my dress came out so beautiful and I'm so proud of myself despite my first attempt, i hope you like it.
