Completing my sewing project, "part : 1" A senator and trouser for my new born nephew.

Special greetings hive

Happy last day of the month of March, happy and blessed New week and happy Needleworkmonday, how are you all doing today and how was your weekend? Nice to meet you all again in this amazing @needleworkmonday community, I'm so excited today for the grace of God, keeping me alive and granting me favor to be able to share my post today with you all and it all about my unfinished projects that i kept for a while now, which is A senator and trouser for my new born nephew.

It wasn't my intention to stop all of my project unfinished because there a ones to catch up with, since my last post here i was not feeling too wellv, so after some days it came so serious that i could not strong enough to do anything, but by God grace I'm healed and I was missing you guys, I'm so excited to meet you all again, sewing is my happiness and it will never stop as long as i live, so i kept this project unfinished and my sister wanted to use it this month ending to travel to our Uncle's placed to spend some month there, so i told her i will try and finish some for her, so i brought out the remaining fabric and started with the cutting process.

I folded the fabric into two and took out the full length measurements, i tiok the body measurements and others measurements needed and i cut it out then i fold the fabric and and placed the front side on it, then i added 2 inches for the back length and cut it out.

After finishing with the cutting i cut out the shoulder front and back band and sew them down properly.

I slit the front neck length so it will ne very easy for the babies head to pass and easy to wear also, so after slitting i cut out the flab pieces and turned them very well then i over lab them with the big one and joined the feont and back body properly.

Then i moved on cutting the two side sleeves and bend the hem.

After bending the hem i went ahead and joined them on the dress then i closed the sleeves side and bend the dress hem with the side open slit.

Here is how it looks

I'm not too perfect in sewing a senator but I'm using my experience to work it out because we all learn to sew by sewing, after finishing with the top, i brought out the trouser that i had already cut and sew step by step.

I created a trape at the waistband and the down hem part for the elastic so i brought out the elastic and put put at the waistline and the down part.

So here is the outcome of it.

Sewing a male dress is what i want to know better and it's really good to know, especially for kids because sew kids clothes is not that easy, i thank God i did not disappoint my sister, i delivered to her on time and she was so excited.

Thank you so much guys for readimg through my post, have a nice day.

This is really cute. In the alone picture itself it is looking very beautiful. It will look even more beautiful on the baby.
