I think Splinterlands and Terracore benefits new users because of the wonderful benefits of hive itself. You can interact with the hive blockchain as much as you want with zero fees which really gets people the ability to interact with the chain and grow. This creates a easy entry point for people to get used to and using the chain and further expand into it at a pace that feels like adoption would be very easy or at least easier compared to other chains.

The other pluses are these games offer up guilds which are always powerful tools for building quality and engaged people on chain that are very helpful with any questions new players might have. They also are often the backbone to these projects and growth as guilds continue to expand.
