Moonlit Fantasy - Recommended

Last week I was watching some recap of anime moments vid, I think it was something about people getting their ass whooped but I forget. Regardless, there was one that looked kinda quirky.

That is basically how I happened on Moonlit Fantasy, so far there are only 2 seasons.

The battles could definitely be a bit more impressive but oddly the day to day mischief of it all sorta makes up for it. The main dude is pretty overpowered but tends to just mind his own business, unlike his followers which would prefer to just take out anyone and anything.

It gives the whole story a fun peak when the MC finally calls it quits and decides to do something himself.

Although there are the usual "pervert" style personalities, given that his two main followers are female and will kill anyone who dares say anything about their master. It does not devolve into irritating perversion and the humour is well placed.

The story also has quite a bit of progression left even after two seasons it seems to be building up to a very action packed final season and might have enough left for a fourth.

All in all Moonlit Fantasy has bits and pieces of all the better cliches, a overpowered MC but they prefer to mind their own, Entertaining side characters and good pacing.
