Found a cool quote

There appears to be no subject that, If explained deeply enough, isn't truly fascinating.

I was watching a video and the above quote was in the comments. I am far too lazy to see if it has an origin which I guess would go to the counter point.

The first point would be, that in fact anyone can create content and write about anything and everything.

The second being that some things are so absolutely mundane that you need to spend way too much time finding every tiny bit of info related to it. Just to draw connections of interest.

Now I think a third would be that if you were to start at one point, you would undoubtedly also uncover information on many neighbouring topics and thus as I like to call it in the business:

Milk it

Then rinse and repeat, likely summarizing and clipping whole topics into post-it-note takes and become a prolific content creator.

I still like the sentiment though, and think although my cynical is quick to reach for the bottom of the scale. I don't actually see an issue with either way of doing things.

The other being, truly diving into topics that most deem mundane... Oh I don't know like my life or if you like , yours. Then writing about it.

I think the phrase would change a bit then, and become

There appears to be no personal thought that, if explained deeply enough, holds no meaning.

I do think some subjects might be boring enough that nobody would read to the end. How to watch paint dry? Measuring the grass constantly as it grows? Those would take some deep dives 😂😂😂
