Why the wining accounts get restricted ? Maybe he's doing something else (which is a crime) with these accounts

This is not unlike saying you should play by the rules while I do whatever I want to win even if it's beyond the said rules. The punishment is definitely harsh and probably unwarranted.

He should have used blockchain casinos, there are many of them... he could have done it annonymous, not that I like gambling at all, I stay away from that.
