Currently driving a combustion engine is cheaper than electric vehicles

Cheaper gasoline and diesel

The tariffs and the trade war in combination with the extra oil that is pumped up daily by the oil exporting countries, create a low gasoline and diesel price. The lowest in 5 years! More than 25 % lower than what the prices were at their highest.

Driving 100 kilometers costs you around 7 to 8 EUR with a combustion engine. While driving en electric vehicle and charging on the highway or at fast charging stations will make your 100 kilometers cost you easily 10 to 12 EUR!

This is again not very promoting for the EV’s that cost a lot more to buy compared to combustion engine cars…

Sincerely,
