Hello, very good post. A topic for coffee enthusiasts. For me, it's a matter of taste and culture. Each culture has its own coffee rituals. I agree with you that there are all kinds of coffee in the US. My family who lives there prefers the Japanese style, but with a Cuban and eastern mountain flavor. If possible, it would be an excellent business to market Cuban Criollo coffee, with a resounding name, to the millions of Cubans living in the US. A good indicator of quality would be to have Japanese friends taste the drink and see what it's like. Best regards.
