We were supposed to do repairs today, Sunday. But, we are going to buy other tools and spare parts tomorrow. It is Sunday, already August 11th. It is nighttime, and we had pending repairs at home due to the faults in the electrical wiring that occurred yesterday. But, we prefer to wait until tomorrow to go out and buy some spare parts and a new ammeter to do the work.
So for today we still have to work with lamps and flashlights, which gives a somewhat dark atmosphere in the house. It reminds me a bit of that air of industrial decay from some old movies.

Anyway, tomorrow we do have to go out, either to pay some bills or to go shopping. So when we return, I hope we don't have any major incidents and we can do the work.

Se suponía que haríamos reparaciones hoy domingo. Pero, vamos a comprar otras herramientas y repuestos mañana. Es domingo, ya 11 de agosto. Estamos en la noche, y teníamos pendientes en casa unas reparaciones por las fallas en el cableado eléctrico que ocurrió ayer. Pero, preferimos esperar a mañana para salir a comprar unos repuestos y un nuevo amperímetro para hacer el trabajo.
Así que por hoy seguimos teniendo que trabajar con lámparas y linternas, lo que da un ambiente un poco oscuro en la casa. Me recuerda un poco a ese aire de decadencia industrial de algunas películas viejas.

En fin, mañana si tenemos que salir, tanto a pagar unas cuentas, como para comprar. Así que al regresar, espero que no tengamos mayores incidentes y podamos hacer el trabajo.
Otra cosa que nos jugó en contra en esto de hacer la reparación es que tenemos el cuerpo desgastado por estrés, debido a hechos recientes. Tratamos de tener la menta despejada y no angustiarnos, por lo que no podemos resolver, pero la mente nos juega malas pasadas en ocasiones.
En momentos como estos es que me gustaría que se hubieran hecho realidad las visiones positivas del futuro que había en mi infancia, en las que se creían que en este siglo XXI tendríamos ayudantes robots que podrían hacer esta clase de reparaciones (sonrisa personal).

Pero, nos toca atender nosotros esta reparación. Más bien es un trabajo que hará principalmente mi hermano, yo sería solo un ayudante no muy diestro en estos campos. Ayudo, pero sé que puedo meter la pata si no tengo indicaciones que me guíen en la reparación.
Uno debe ser consciente de sus capacidades, y también de sus propias debilidades personales. En mi caso, soy un poco torpe, y el trabajo técnico, eléctrico y electrónico es algo que me cuesta más trabajo hacer bien.

Bien, como sea, esto de trabajar con una lamparita en el teclado no me resulta cómodo, pero es lo que toca hacer mientras llega mañana y hacemos todo lo que tenemos pendientes.
