(Humor) Serpent + Serpiente [Eng+Spa]
A census taker in a remote town arrives at a house with the name “Eden” on its sign. He knocks, and a young man comes out, dressed only in a loincloth…
The census taker contains his surprise and, after greeting him, begins by asking his name, to which the man replies, “Adam, married to Eve.”
Thinking the young man is joking, he asks (a bit sarcastically) if the Devil Serpent also lives there. To which the young man replies, “She just happens to be visiting today. I'll call she.”
The young man turns around and shouts into the house, “Mother-in-law! Come here, the census taker is calling you.”

Un funcionario de censo, en una localidad apartada, llega ante una casa que tiene el nombre de «Edén» en su cartel, Toca y sale un hombre joven, pero vestido solo con un taparrabo…
El funcionario contiene su sorpresa y, luego de saludarlo, comienza preguntando su nombre, a lo que el hombre le responde: “Adán, casado con Eva”.
Pensando que el joven está bromeando, le pregunta (con un poco de sarcasmo) si la Serpiente Diabólica también vive allí. A lo que el joven le responde “casualmente, ella está de visita hoy, ya se la llamo”.
El joven se da la vuelta y grita hacia dentro de la casa: “¡Suegra! Venga acá, el señor del censo la está llamando.”
El funcionario contiene su sorpresa y, luego de saludarlo, comienza preguntando su nombre, a lo que el hombre le responde: “Adán, casado con Eva”.
