Family reunion, cousins + Reunión Familiar, primos. [Eng+Spa]
Well, my day is coming to an end and I almost didn't log the day. Today is Thursday, and I was out and about for a good part of the day, I had to go to the bank, do a couple of jobs, and (most importantly) meet up with a cousin who was visiting the country.
I was very happy to see this cousin in person. He is younger than me, and I have been close to him since he was born, I have seen him grow through all his life stages. And almost 10 years ago, he emigrated and settled in another country. Contact has cooled off a bit, and (despite the availability of social networks) I must confess that in part it has been an oversight. Today we talked about that too, and we agreed that we have to write to each other more and call each other through apps more frequently.
Now that I was at home working on the computer (almost midnight), I took the opportunity to generate an allusive image with a prompt. It didn't come out very close to our appearances, but I think that (after several attempts) I achieved an image that conveys what I want.
I called the image: “Family Reunion, Cousins”. And the prompt (detailed, expanded and revised) for the image was: “Two Venezuelan cousins, one a distinguished gentleman in his 50s with distinguished gray hair and strong Hispanic features, the other a vibrant 37-year-old with the characteristic features of Spanish decent and a warm, light complexion, sit at a rustic coffee table in a charming open-air coffee, surrounded by lush greenery and warm, natural light. Bien, se me acaba el día y por poco no registro el día. Hoy es jueves, y estuve en la calle buena parte del día, me tocó ir al banco, hacer un par de trabajos, y (lo más importante del día) reunirme con un primo que estaba de visita en el país.
Me alegró mucho ver a este primo en persona. Él es más joven que yo, y estuve cerca de él desde que nació, lo vi crecer por todas sus etapas de vida. Y hace casi 10 años, emigró y se estableció en otro país. El contacto se enfrió un poco, y (a pesar de la disponibilidad de redes sociales) yo debo confesar que en parte ha sido un descuido. Hoy hablamos de eso también, y quedamos en que tenemos que escribirnos más y llamarnos por apps con más frecuencia.
Ahora que estaba en casa trabajando en la computadora (ya casi medianoche), aproveche para generar una imagen alusiva con un prompt. No me quedó muy cercana a nuestras apariencias, pero creo que (luego de varios intentos) logré una imagen que transmite lo que quiero.
