Greetings, everyone!

This life is filled with darkness and light. People have their choice whether to go for dark or light and whatever they choose works for them.

Yesterday, I went to a leadership/mission conference organized by our lead pastor for all the pastors and leaders under the umbrella of the Christian fellowship. I tell you that it was an amazing time to sit and hear the impactful teachings.

This training will go a long way to help me develop myself more and prepare myself for leadership now and in the future. So, for one to be a successful leader and missionary, he must humble himself and depend on the leadership of the Holy Spirit to lead him on the path he should go. Leadership in the church doesn't require the head's knowledge or base on qualifications. If this happens, it will be a total failure, disappointment, and shame to the body of Christ. For instance, an academic doctor can't his techniques in lecturing students or the experiences he had learned to apply in the ministry God has called. It doesn't work like that.

I'm so blessed with this program, and I feel I shouldn't get disconnected from this type of program next year.

There is this bible verse that talks about going into the field where the harvest is plenteous but the laborers are few. This is God calling us to prepare ourselves for the harvesting of sinners to the sheepfold. Why God is saying that the laborers are few is that some believers are not prepared and equipped to harvest. Even Jesus Christ called the twelve disciples, taught them, and impacted them before he sent them out for the great commission, which they went with power and the Holy Ghost, which enabled them to preach, heal, and raise the dead back to life. Now God is beckoning us to wake up from our slumbering bed and be with Him so that he can teach us, show us the way we should go bring the harvest take upon this movement all over the world, and make Christ known.

However, a leader/missionary needs God to accomplish this mission. A leader without God will lead his followers to the wrong path.

As a leader/missionary groan for the harvesters. In the secret place pray for the lost. Show them compassion just as Jesus did; he showed the multitudes of compassion, and they were saved.

My pastor made a crucial point yesterday, that healing people if their sickness is not a way of salvation. Yes, they are healed; what can they tell about the salvation of their lives? Salvation is leading a man to encounter the word of God that will transform his life from bad to good.

God humbled himself for his father to use him, and he used Him to the Glory of the Father. As a leader, humble yourself for the leading of God and lean on his understanding. Don't run this race with your understanding; acknowledge the ways of the lord, and you will see the results manifested in your life.

Esta vida está llena de oscuridad y luz. La gente puede elegir si prefiere la oscuridad o la luz, y lo que elijan les sirve.

Ayer, fui a una conferencia de liderazgo/misión organizada por nuestro pastor principal para todos los pastores y líderes bajo el paraguas de la hermandad cristiana. Les digo que fue un tiempo increíble para sentarse y escuchar las enseñanzas impactantes.

Esta formación me ayudará mucho a desarrollarme más y a prepararme para el liderazgo ahora y en el futuro. Así pues, para que uno sea un líder y un misionero de éxito, debe humillarse y depender del liderazgo del Espíritu Santo para que le guíe por el camino que debe seguir. El liderazgo en la iglesia no requiere que la cabeza tenga conocimientos o se base en calificaciones. Si esto ocurre, será un fracaso total, una decepción y una vergüenza para el cuerpo de Cristo. Por ejemplo, un doctor academico no puede aplicar sus tecnicas en dar conferencias a estudiantes o las experiencias que ha aprendido en el ministerio que Dios ha llamado. No funciona así.

Estoy tan bendecido con este programa, y siento que no debo desconectarme de este tipo de programa el próximo año.

Hay un versículo bíblico que habla de ir al campo donde la cosecha es abundante pero los trabajadores son pocos. Esto es Dios llamandonos a prepararnos para la cosecha de pecadores al redil. Por que Dios esta diciendo que los obreros son pocos es que algunos creyentes no estan preparados y equipados para la cosecha. Incluso Jesucristo llamo a los doce discípulos, les enseño, y los impacto antes de enviarlos para la gran comisión, a la cual ellos fueron con poder y el Espíritu Santo, el cual los capacito para predicar, sanar, y resucitar a los muertos. Ahora Dios nos esta llamando para que despertemos de nuestro lecho de sueño y estemos con El para que nos enseñe, nos muestre el camino por donde debemos ir a traer la cosecha tomar este movimiento por todo el mundo, y dar a conocer a Cristo.

Sin embargo, un líder/misionero necesita a Dios para cumplir esta misión. Un líder sin Dios llevará a sus seguidores por el camino equivocado.

Como líder/misionero gime por los segadores. En el lugar secreto ora por los perdidos. Muéstrales compasión tal como lo hizo Jesús; él mostró compasión a las multitudes y fueron salvadas.

Mi pastor hizo un punto crucial ayer, que la curación de las personas si su enfermedad no es una forma de salvación. Sí, están curados; ¿qué pueden decir de la salvación de sus vidas? La salvación es llevar a un hombre al encuentro de la palabra de Dios que transformará su vida de mala a buena.

Dios se humilló para que su padre lo usara, y lo usó para la Gloria del Padre. Como líder, humíllate para ser guiado por Dios y apóyate en su entendimiento. No corras esta carrera con tu entendimiento; reconoce los caminos del señor, y veras los resultados manifestados en tu vida.
