Good afternoon friends, may God bless you greatly, continuing with the book of Romans of the sacred scriptures, today I share with you these verses where we are exhorted to live lives characterized by genuine love, righteousness, humility, service, hope, patience, prayer, generosity and hospitality within the community of believers and towards those around us.

Let love be without dissimulation. Hate what is bad, follow what is good. Love one another with brotherly love; as to honor, preferring one to another. In what requires diligence, do not be lazy; fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; suffered in tribulation; constant in prayer; sharing for the needs of the saints; practicing hospitality.

Romans 12:9-13

Amen.

Let love be without dissimulation.

Love between members of the Christian community is urged to be genuine and sincere, without hypocrisy or falsehood. This love must be selfless and true.

Hate what is bad, follow what is good.

There is a call to reject and turn away from evil, and to follow the path of good and righteousness. This involves taking a firm stance against sin and committing to virtue and justice.

Love one another with brotherly love.

The importance of brotherly love among believers is highlighted, which goes beyond common love and encompasses a deep and committed bond as brothers and sisters in Christ.

As for honor, preferring one to another.

It is taught to have an attitude of humility and deference, considering others as more important than oneself and showing mutual respect and honor within the community.

In what requires diligence, not lazy.

We are encouraged to be diligent and hardworking in the service of the Lord, fulfilling the duties and responsibilities entrusted to us with fervor and dedication.

Fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.

We are encouraged to maintain a spiritual fervor and passion for serving God, recognizing that everything we do must be to glorify God and fulfill His will.

Joyful in hope.

Despite difficulties and trials, we are urged to maintain an attitude of joy and hope in God's promise and plan for our lives and for the world.

Suffered in tribulation.

Suffering and tribulation are recognized as part of the Christian life, and we are called to be patient and persevere in the midst of trials, trusting in God's faithfulness.

Constants in the sentence.

We are urged to maintain a life of constant and fervent prayer, recognizing the importance of communion with God and dependence on His grace and power.

Sharing for the needs of the saints.

The importance of generosity and solidarity within the community of believers is taught, sharing our resources and blessings with those who are in need.

Practicing hospitality.

We are called to be hospitable and welcoming, opening our homes and hearts to others and showing love and care toward strangers and those in need.

Buenas tardes amigos, que Dios les bendiga grandemente, siguiendo con el libro de Romanos de las sagradas escrituras hoy les comparto estos versículos donde se nos exhortan a vivir vidas caracterizadas por el amor genuino, la rectitud, la humildad, el servicio, la esperanza, la paciencia, la oración, la generosidad y la hospitalidad dentro de la comunidad de creyentes y hacia aquellos que nos rodean.

El amor sea sin fingimiento. Aborreced lo malo, seguid lo bueno. Amaos los unos a los otros con amor fraternal; en cuanto a honra, prefiriéndoos los unos a los otros. En lo que requiere diligencia, no perezosos; fervientes en espíritu, sirviendo al Señor; gozosos en la esperanza; sufridos en la tribulación; constantes en la oración; compartiendo para las necesidades de los santos; practicando la hospitalidad.

El amor sea sin fingimiento.

Se insta a que el amor entre los miembros de la comunidad cristiana sea genuino y sincero, sin hipocresía ni falsedad. Este amor debe ser desinteresado y verdadero.

Aborreced lo malo, seguid lo bueno.

Se hace un llamado a rechazar y apartarse del mal, y a seguir el camino del bien y la rectitud. Esto implica tomar una postura firme contra el pecado y comprometerse con la virtud y la justicia.

Amaos los unos a los otros con amor fraternal.

Se destaca la importancia del amor fraternal entre los creyentes, que va más allá del amor común y abarca un vínculo profundo y comprometido como hermanos y hermanas en Cristo.

En cuanto a honra, prefiriéndoos los unos a los otros.

Se enseña a tener una actitud de humildad y deferencia, considerando a los demás como más importantes que uno mismo y mostrando respeto y honor mutuo dentro de la comunidad.

En lo que requiere diligencia, no perezosos.

Se exhorta a ser diligentes y trabajadores en el servicio del Señor, cumpliendo con los deberes y responsabilidades que se nos han confiado con fervor y dedicación.

Fervientes en espíritu, sirviendo al Señor.

Se anima a mantener un fervor espiritual y una pasión por servir a Dios, reconociendo que todo lo que hacemos debe ser para glorificar a Dios y cumplir con Su voluntad.

Gozosos en la esperanza.

A pesar de las dificultades y pruebas, se nos insta a mantener una actitud de alegría y esperanza en la promesa y el plan de Dios para nuestras vidas y para el mundo.

Sufridos en la tribulación.

Se reconoce que el sufrimiento y la tribulación son parte de la vida cristiana, y se nos llama a ser pacientes y perseverantes en medio de las pruebas, confiando en la fidelidad de Dios.

Constantes en la oración.

Se nos insta a mantener una vida de oración constante y ferviente, reconociendo la importancia de la comunión con Dios y la dependencia de Su gracia y poder.

Compartiendo para las necesidades de los santos.

Se enseña la importancia de la generosidad y la solidaridad dentro de la comunidad de creyentes, compartiendo nuestros recursos y bendiciones con aquellos que tienen necesidad.

Practicando la hospitalidad.

Se nos llama a ser hospitalarios y acogedores, abriendo nuestros hogares y corazones a los demás y mostrando amor y cuidado hacia los extraños y necesitados.
