I helped develop the manufacturing process used to mass produce the WDM couplers used in these fiber systems. I'll always have respect for people prepping and splicing these lines in the field!

It is actually not an easy task. The pay here in my country is in fact low. Looking for a better opportunity else where.

It wasn't even easy in the lab, and the pay here was low, as well, about 50% of what other manufacturing research jobs were paying.
