everything is always talking, only question is if we are aware enough to get it. from my experience this indeed is correlated directly to our current level of awareness.
this place is wilder, more exciting and more inexplicable than any model we have been taught from a young age. and we are slowly remembering.

Yes. Level of awareness is an accurate way of putting it. It is always there for the one who is aware of it.
