...and you thought covid was a gullibility test?

The ultimate omen for the age of the indoctrination echo chamber may have started out as social media and youtube 20 years ago, but centralized AI is burning all bridges to a truth-based reality perception right in front of our eyes and hearts.

I haven't been this radical about anything in a long time.

And I am quite frankly surprised about just how radically anti-AI I seem to be. I really thought I had nothing against AI as such, seeing it as a mere calculator or an extension of a computer. But I was wrong. It's a fuckin' trojan horse.

In recent weeks it became utterly clear to me that neither the current internet architecture nor the general awareness level of human beings is enough to effectively counter the grave emergence of a post-truth reality around us, ushered in by centralized AI tech.

It does remind me most of Bibhu's take on the end of the Kali Yuga, where everything goes up in literal flames, comets and earthquakes to purge the Earth of all the nonsense. If this thing keeps continuing at the pace it has and people adopt it for all sorts of things willingly and readily - a comet might be the only thing that brings some sort of stability and sanity back to Earth. If you believe death is the end and YOLO, sorry to sound so bleak man. Not everybody believes that you know?

But as for AI you may as well watch the matrix movies again, or listen to the MANDATORY drastically recommended 1984 audiobook that somehow never loses relevance in an insane age...

AI being centralized is my prime issue here. It is not the technology, but the technology in the wrong hands that is the danger.

Some dodgy company being able to not only collect, process and evaluate ALL DATA from "its" AI users, but to also be able to push random algorhythm updates to its AI models without anyone noticing, caring or being able to do anything about it. It's what youtube has been doing forever and look where that has gotten us - can't watch a single video these days without the human creator begging for upvotes or subscriptions "because of that algorhythm".

Well congratulations humanity, you are already a tool.

These technologies have long started changing our behavior, so unless we become the original prompters again, we and our children may forever lose that capacity and be at the receiving end of the AI outputs at the mercy of a robot without a heart, or the company behind it - without a heart.

One may even consider the possibility that centralized AI has been unleashed into the world in order to force humanity onto a blockchain like ICP in the end, if it doesn't want to be eaten alive by its current mess of information architecture. That jury is still out for me.

But the more AI madness I see emerging the more I feel I need my own reliably secure and tamperproof AI model that is not prone to be hijacked by the fads of our scientism age, or the pandering of a software program run by a company with a vested interest to keep me engaged, to collect and sell my data.

You can still feel that these "oh so great AI videos" are fake. It may be hard to tell logically or visually, but something about them always feels off. Just like graphics in games have gotten better and better - the characters still do not look real because they do unreal stuff, in an unreal way. Their voices are not natural and we just know deep down that this is not real.

But since most people operate fully on the logical level of awareness and on their indoctrinations, they will fail that test and fall for it. Since all these AI generations are purely computed on logic grounds, logic cannot help us see through the charade. We can only trust in our abilities contemporary Zeitgeist would have you believe do not exist.

What a pickle! As I said, it's the end. Evolve or be borg'ified!

Only our vibes sensing apparatus can, some have called it intuition others simply the heart. Call it what you want. The ability to tune in to levels of reality these machine creations will never be able to. It is an ability reserved for living things, and when the two worlds collide it will come down to the question of do you have a heart or not that will decide your future.

And we are all choosing right now.
Wow, where did that all come from.

Watch Corbett's latest, I am not the only one saying stop using these centralized AI techs or be doomed ahahaha. But what do I know? I can just relate what I saw and felt. You make up your own mind - hopefully you still can!

Maybe transhumanism never was about the augmentations of our bodies, but on coercing us into voluntarily consenting to renouncing our humanness in favor of a new god for the gullible.

Very relatable! I think interacting with any form of AI always influences our consciousness, sometimes in ways that just make the mind numb. A couple of while back I read somewhere that the Microsoft operating system contains junk code that messes with the consciousness of the users. Don't know if it's really true but it could be plausible when you experience that spending enough time on these systems always has an effect on seeping out all the creative juices from the mind, consciousness becomes tired, so to speak.

yes! we don't even realize when we are starting to adapt to new ways of doing things.

corbett pointed it out rather poignantly in his video.

god it was only ever a suspicion on my part, but i would love to read about that microsoft thing.

i will try to find it.

thanks brother, for all your thoughts and attention

Right, there's so much that happens behind the scenes that we're not privy to know. I think it will be a great thing when we have more capable tools to create our own systems, I don't mind even if it has to be built from scratch.

i've started using Kin AI (https://mykin.ai/) very recently. It is FOSS and apparently no data leaves my device. i need to see how decentralized it is, for now i'm trusting it a bit & it's very helpful.
