The aunt's birthday gifts.

Remember this picture in yesterday's post?

I told you that I will share the gifts that we gave the wife's aunt for her birthday.

Now, I am not going to show you the cakes, tarts, and other eats that we also gave the aunt, but I am sure that my wife tried her best to buy half of the bakery :) Men are different than females and at the local garden center, these little figures were on sale. I wanted to get a little crocodile, and perhaps a mouse, but my wife would have none of it, so I surrendered and left her to buy the gifts, that you will see below.

Back at home she asked me to take some shots of the gifts, as her aunt transfers photos onto pillows and cushions, and other things.
So come and see if these are better than the crocodile and the mouse that I wanted to get for the aunt.

I just had to show you the cute little baby.

She also got her aunt this little lady, and when one lifts her up, her dangling legs look like she is walking :)

The aunt was thrilled with the gifts, which made us very happy, and as usual she led us on a tour of her garden, to show us the growth of a few trees that we gave when she moved in there. The squirrels plant avocado trees at our place, and the one that we gave the aunt is growing very well. We also gave her some other trees, but I don't remember their names.

It is always a pleasure to give unconditionally from one's heart, be it food to poor families, or even food to the wildlife.
