Sunrise clouds ushered in the day.

Not only is the world in turmoil, as the skies are also weird lately.

There was a war between the rising sun and the clouds.

I took the photos on the 30th of April 2025.

So many wars lately, Israel and Hamas, Russia and Ukraine, Sudan and rebels, to name only a few, and the latest seems to be India and Pakistan. Then other countries are also threatening war, and I think that the world needs a total reset. Tempers are short these days and one can only wonder at how strange things have become. Wars are, of course, not the way to do things, as negotiations with peace is the prime aim, or at least it should be. But then we have that ugly little word "greed" and its cousins, "power" and "pride" that play a major role these days.
But I digress, and let me show you what the skies think about all of this.

I love the colors in the picture below, simple and beautiful.

And then it was later in the afternoon.

The photo above was a view towards the east, and the photo below was towards the west.

At the left middle of the picture (white spot), you can see the sun still fighting with the clouds to break through.

But alas, the sun did not win and in the evening the clouds also tried to cover the sliver moon.

But the moon won the battle, as you can see.

You can see my imagination at work again in these pictures, and I know that many of you will see it differently. I always like it when you describe it in the replies about what you see, as I have a great respect for differences between all of us. Very much the same as the stories that one hears, as there are always two sides to a story. And then in the middle of the two sides is the truth. So, never judge a person by only listening to one story, as if it is possible to get the other side of the story in order to find the truth. False stories abound and they can cause much damage, not only physically but also emotionally.
Such is life.

You are right about hearing both sides before making judgement. Sometimes we tend to just react based on what we heard without listening to the other person

Oh yes, a coin has two sides, and quite often the first story has many falsehoods in it. So it is important to listen to both sides.

I agree with you friend. When judging something, have to stand in the middle to listen to both sides. then make a decision. and as usual the images you display are very beautiful.

Thank you and masterfully is such a nice description of the passion that I reflect for my love of nature.
A concentration of light and shadow also affects all of us in this world, as at times we have good times (light), and at other times we have bad times (shadows). Mankind has turned into destructors instead of carers of this planet. Thankfully not all, as sanity in some prevails.

I always admire clouds, also when the sunset mix with the clouds and the reflection was perfect and it makes me think that no matter how hard that day is, there's always another day to be wait and much better than the first one.

Just wow! So beautiful. I love the pictures and the picture quality.

Then coming to the wars we experiencing today...I strongly believe that soon, we will experience a total peace here on a earth. A world where mankind will learn war anymore
