Some canine action!

It is wonderful to see how the people over here care for their animals.

And the pets enjoy it so much at the river that runs through the doggie park.

We come to the park often, and there is always something on the go. I also get some great mountain shots from here, as the park is near the foot of the mountains. There is also a resident pair of Jackal Buzzards that I get at times. The people are all friendly and we share our love for animals.
Soon, a doggie day event will be on show again, and it is always a lovely day out. They have stalls, music, competitions, obstacle courses for the owners with their dogs to run, and great fun is had on this doggie day.
Come and see what I've got to share.

During one the floods, this river becomes a torrent of water, and you can see here below, how a flood ripped a big tree off the riverbank. Leaving a big hole in the side of the bank.

Now the river just flows the retaining wire in its original position.

Watch the actions of this little one.

He found a marking spot by a previous dog.

So now he rolls around on his back to replace the old mark with his own.

There you go, job done well, and his little life was good again.

You have to be an animal lover to enjoy this post, and we are both animal lovers. It is a nice break to see this after the harrowing ordeal of seeing the predator birds with their prey. Yesterday, I caught the adult Harrier Hawk sitting on the lamppost, with a live baby rock pigeon in its claw. But I will not show you the photo, as some will find it distressing. Some say that nature can be kind, and that nature can also be cruel, but without nature none of us can survive. Nature has its own laws and it is so important for us to respect that.
We humans also have our own laws regarding animal care and a myriad of other things, but quite often we don't respect our own laws, what still nature's laws.
But such is life.

I hope you have enjoyed the pictures and the story.

Beautiful and cruel, it's our perception, but nature for sure has own laws and we would not be here without them. 😉

Ow, these doggies enjoyed the refreshing bath:))

Oh yes, you are right, and our perceptions are wrong, as nature's laws is to protect itself in order to sustain all of the life on the planet.

It was so lovely to watch how they enjoy themselves in the water.

I can say that I really enjoyed the images of the dogs, I am a faithful lover of pets, animals and nature in general. I also agree with your ideas. Humans don't always respect their own rules. Thanks for sharing with the community.
